What booking direct actually gets you

Every message goes to the people who run the place. That is the whole of it, and most of the difference follows from it.

The rate is the rate

Our published rates are ₹4,000 for the Macramé Room and ₹5,500 for the Valley Room, for two people, and they do not change between a Tuesday and a Saturday. Booking direct means no platform commission is added on top of that room rate.

Longer, quieter stays cost less

Stay three nights or more between Sunday and Thursday and we take 15% off. It is the same discount whether you are here to work for a week or just want the hill to yourself midweek — there is more about the longer version on the workation page.

Things we can say yes to directly

• Arriving late because the road was slow — tell us and the kitchen waits.
• Bringing a dog. They stay free.
• What you do and do not eat, told to the kitchen before you arrive rather than after.
• Which of the four rooms of a style you get, if one has a view you liked in the photos.

None of that is special treatment. It is just what happens when the person reading your message is the person who will be there when you arrive.
